Registration fee $225.00 for either event Lechon Asado or Smoking / Grilling. $400.00 total if you are competing
in both of the BBQ events. Down load a copy of the lechon rules or BBQ rules.

Mail your entry fee before June 12th 2009 to the address listed below. Make your checks payable to Soup, Inc.
Or, you may pay at the mandatory rules meeting to be held at 7pm on Monday June 22nd, Ficus Cafe,
Convention Center. The meeting for all Lechon teams starts at 7pm sharp, meeting for all BBQ teams starts at
8:30 pm sharp.

Release & Waiver of Liability
In consideration of acceptance of this teams entry, I, the undersigned Pit Master do agree and intend to be legally
bound, hereby, for ourselves, and all our team members, executors, and administrators, and anyone affiliated with
our team, waive and release any and all rights and claims for any and all damages I or any team members may
have against The Caribbean BBQ Association, all sponsors and promoters of this BBQ event. Further, I hereby
grant full permission to the Caribbean BBQ Association to use any pictures, film, motion picture, audio or video
including statements, and recordings of this event for any legitimate purpose.
